Muyang TPH200C Extruder

• The TPH200C Extruder is specifically designed for raw material treatment, and is suitable for processing various kinds of raw materials through adjusting the configuration of the screw;
• Capable of sterilization, detoxification and ripening, thus improving product quality and boosting digestibility and absorption;
• Configured with three bearings, the pedestals are lubricated with recycled, diluted lubrication oil, ensuring stable running and increased service life of the machine.
  
• Every section of the barrel is provided with an individual jacket, for heating and cooling of the barrel, greatly improving the control of the extruder and the uniformity of the product quality;
• Mainly used for producing extruded soy flour, corn, soy meal and flaky feed for piglets in feed manufacturing as well as for processing other materials.
