Advantages of Muyang Thermal Treatment Technology:

• Sterilization - Heated at 90°C for approximately 5 minutes, most of the salmonella, bird flu virus and other pathogenic bacteria in mash feed can be killed ultimately, resulting in hygienic and safe feed products.
• Higher digestibility - The starch contained in mash feed is gelatinized to some extent through thermal treatment, hence more digestible.
• Improved dissolvability - Untreated mash feed will be floating in the water for hours and won't be dissolved, or sedimentation effect will occur due to un-fully dissolving. But the mash feed well processed via thermal treatment is liable to be dissolved and will settle slowly, therefore suitable for the case of feeding animals like pigs with liquid diet.
• Better fluidity - The microstructure of mash feed will change after thermal treatment, the fine mashes will integrate into larger particles with improved flowability.
• Decreased dusts - Dust emission will be greatly reduced in packing and feeding operations thanks to thermal treatment, which is helpful to both production environment and animal health.
• Better appearance - The bulk density of the treated mashes will be a little bit increased due to particle agglomeration during thermal treatment. And their colour is darker and finer, golden yellow.
