Muyang Series SWLN Combined Pellet Stabilizing Cooler

• Integrating pellet stabilizing (post ripening) with cooling, this machine is compact in structure and convenient in operation and maintenance;
• The stabilizing time can be up to 15-20 min to further increase the ripening degree of pellets with better gelatinization and quality of the finished product;
• The temperature of the cooled pellets will not be more than 3-5°C higher than the ambient temperature, water removal rate ≤3%, resulting in greatly increased water stability of the pellets;
• Suitable for producing aquafeeds with higher quality requirements and water stability as well as high grade feeds for poultry and livestock.
