• The PHY Extruder is specifically designed for raw material processing, featuring high capacity and the advantage of avoiding cross contamination within the process;
• With twin upright posts for supporting the cross beam as well as the suspended cutting device, the clearance between cutter and barrel end can be adjusted without shutting down the machine, resulting in convenient operation and improvement in production efficiency;
• Configurated with three bearings, the pedestals are lubricated with recycled, diluted lubrication oil, ensuring the stable running and increased service life of the machine;
• Capable of sterilization, detoxification and ripening, it improves feed product quality and boosts digestibility and absorbtion;
• Suitable for extruding starchy feedstuffs, e.g. corn, rice and ruminant feed etc.
