4     Classification and Screening Machines

Grain Tech Engineering provides a range of classification and screening machines from high capacity preliminary screening units for coarse impurity separations through to multi-screen sub 20 micron sifter classifiers and micron type air classifiers.  The standard range of rotary and orbital type sieving machines and sieving systems offer an inexpensive and effective method of maintaining product quality over a wide variety of raw materials and finished products, with differing machine sizes and capacities being available to suit application requirements.

a. SFJH Series Rotary Grader/Screener
* Drive via a specially designed eccentric drive box which accentuates the front of the
  screen frame to impart a longitudinal front screen motion developing into an oval
  and rotary rear screen motion for very efficient screening action.
* Operates with low noise levels, stable running, easy and flexible mounting 
  arrangement and low maintenance requirements.
* Streamlined design both internally and externally to avoid product contamination
  and provide for ease of cleaning.
* Suited to a wide range of sieving and screening applications; i.e.; pellet grading,
  powder classifications, pre-cleaning of granular products, de-dusting of processed

b. Type SCQZ 60x50x80 (90x80x110) Conical Drum Cleaner
* Heavy-duty fabrication in either mild steel or stainless steel.
* Screen aperture sizes available to suit a wide range of
  applications.
* Easily disassembled for screen changing.
* Screen cleaning brushes fitted to heavy-duty spider
  arrangement.

c. Type SCY Cylindrical Drum Pre-Cleaner
* Range of sizes to suit various capacity industrial 
  pre-cleaning applications.

* Available in single section and double section
  arrangement with up to 10 trays for four separations.
* Heavy-duty construction for stable operation.
* Widely used within the flour milling, cereals and starch

  food and chemical industries for efficient classification
  of powder and granule product.
