1     Particle Size Reduction

 
Grain Tech Engineering supplies hammer mills/grinders, pulverizers and size reduction equipment and installations from 200kg/hr - 60 M.T.P.H. capacity in a variety of different configurations to meet specific applications.  The range of particle size reduction equipment is designed for maximum productivity, a more uniform granulation, energy efficiency and low maintenance costs.

 
Package Installation Arrangement

For the most efficient installation and performance Grain Tech Engineering will carry out trial milling on the product to be handled, inspect the site arrangement and installation perameters and detail the preferred size reduction unit and associated handling equipment.

Complete design and drawing information may be supplied to ensure 
that the following criteria is meet:

* Optimum productivity per kW;
* Controlled temperature within the ground product;
* Little or no condensation within the following handling equipment;
* Minimum maintenance requirements;
* Economical capital cost.
